Planned $2 billion Eagle Street Pier reformation appealed by Riparian Plaza owners

The planned $2.1 billion reformation of Brisbane’s Eagle Street Pier by developers Dexus has been appealed in court by the commercial owners of a neighbouring tower.

Approved by Brisbane City Council late last year, the Waterfront Brisbane development would demolish Eagle Street Pier and replace it with a major new development including two commercial towers, retail and dining, and public space.
